This winter discover some of Australia’s culinary gems with Cafe Opera’s A Taste Of… series

Created by Executive Chef, Tamas Pamer, the A Taste Of… series offers a choice of innovative dinner menus compromising of five courses all perfectly matched with a carefully chosen wine. Pick the theme that most appeals to your tastebuds, or better still, indulge your senses in all three culinary menus.

The third in the series A Taste Of…Foraged Feasting, focuses on native, foraged foods prepared and served to create an exquisite dining experience.

Everything on the menu is season and therefore supremely fresh. Indulge in earthy truffles from the famous Lowes Mount Truffiere plus other surprises from leading Australian suppliers.

“With our A Taste Of menus we hope to offer unique gourmet experiences, but also introduce you to some of the amazing local producers who call Australia home.” – Tamas Pamer
